“We had a hard rain last night and I was grateful all over again for my relationship with ACS Roofing! That relationship began when I contacted the company about some problems arising from roof and skylight installations done by another company several years ago. It’s often so difficult to get someone to service a roof they didn’t install. But ACS includes repair as one of the services they offer. I also really liked the fact that I could talk to one company about roof repair, gutter guards, and rain barrels. All of that made ACS stand out for me from the start. I was happy to pay the modest fee for an inspection and it turned out to be well worth it because the owner of the company, Mark Tate, came out and spent a lot of time inspecting, photographing, and then explaining to me what he saw. I really appreciated that he praised the basics of our roof and didn’t disparage it or push for more work than we needed. He followed up with a clear, itemized proposal that broke down the costs and allowed us to understand each part of the bid.
Once we decided to do the work, ACS was organized about scheduling it and staying in touch with us. They got the work done efficiently and kept disruption to a minimum. We were happy with the process and the results. But I was even more impressed when, a few weeks after the job was done, I had a question or two about some details. They responded to me promptly, immediately sent Steve out to evaluate the situation, and then fixed the issues I’d noticed without charge. I want to clarify that those issues were not errors they had made. That kind of follow through is rare and welcome.
