*Due to differing circumstances related to each property, ACS Roofing may not be able to provide inspections, estimates, or contracts for re-roofs, repairs and other work. If we determine that this is the case with your project, we will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may not be able to make this determination until the inspector is on site.

What happens after you submit

  1. We review your answers and contact you to confirm a measurement window.
  2. One of our certified inspectors will measure the roof from the exterior.
  3. You receive a written proposal covering scope, materials, and cost.

Do I need to be home?

No, as long as we can safely access the roof and any side gates are unlocked. However, we recommend that the homeowner be present if possible in case you have any questions or would like to point out any areas of concern before the inspection begins.

To help us complete the visit efficiently, please make sure side gates are unlocked, dogs are secured, and vehicles are moved away from the driveway if needed. If your roof is tile, has a pitch of 6/12 or greater, or has solar panels installed, please let us know when scheduling so we can bring the appropriate equipment and avoid unnecessary delays.

Estimate, inspection, or repair evaluation?

A re-roof estimate answers one question: What would a roof replacement cost? If that’s what you need, this is the right form. Please note that a re-roof estimate is not an estimate for repairs and does not include a report on the roof’s condition.

A Premium Roof Inspection is recommended when you need a detailed evaluation of the roof’s condition and a written report, such as during a real estate transaction, or when documentation is required.

If you’re concerned about a specific leak or repair issue, our Leak/Repair Evaluation is typically the more appropriate service.

Will there be a fee?

Most re-roof estimates are free. If your project requires a different type of service—such as a Premium Roof Inspection, a written report, or aerial drone or satellite imagery—we’ll explain your options and any applicable fees before scheduling your appointment.

When to ask

Spring and summer. During extended rain we prioritize emergency repairs, and re-roof scheduling tightens considerably. If we’re booked out when you reach us, we’ll tell you the earliest realistic opening rather than leave you waiting on a callback.
